Kelly Watch the Stars

Wish to see stars? If you can’t afford that gorgeous starry Chanel numbers, head to your favourite high street shops to find purse-friendly reproductions. London is featuring endless copies worn by everyone. Clearly, it is a star-studded summer. In Brussels I found some other possibilities: The fun-loving, younger side of Inditex, Bershka, provides little to do with the infamous Chanel delicate fabrics; instead, a sporty reincarnaton of the starry motif, with hoodies and cotton tops and cardigans. In Naf Naf some blouses and see-through tops are more reminiscent of the designer original. Mango’s summer collection features scarves with the same pattern.
Starts are indeed everywhere this summer.

Get the Genius – Stella McCartney

Who? born in 1971, she is the daughter of Sir Paul McCartney and photographer and animal rights activist Linda McCartney. Graduating from Central Saint Martin, she rapidly became the creative director at Chloé. In 2001 she rocked the world with her own personal brand.

We love: the trouser suits. Always sexy, always elegant, extremely feminine.
We diss: the speed at which her 2005 creations for H&M; disappeared from the stores, ending up on Ebay, at inflated prices.
